The pricing shown on our website reflects the base rent, which includes your apartment home, access to all of our resort-style amenities, and our award-winning customer service. We believe in transparent pricing, so any additional services or fees are listed separately, allowing you to clearly understand what you are paying for. What is Your Pet Policy?

Up to 3 pets per apartment are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds.
One-time non-refundable pet fee = 1st Pet – $300, 2nd Pet – $350, 3rd Pet – $350
Monthly pet rent per pet = $40

Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), and / or Any Like Breeds or a Mixed Breed of Any Listed Above.
