Fees Due at Time of Application
In order to apply, we will require the application fee(s) as well as the reservation fee:
Application fee = $50 per person – every occupant 18 or older must apply to be a leaseholder
Reservation fee = $125*
*This reservation fee will hold your apartment for you while we process your application. Upon move-in, this fee will be applied towards the total security deposit. This fee is fully refunded should the application be canceled for any reason.
Once we process your application, we will contact you to confirm the exact lease dates and once you are approved, your lease will be available to review and sign online. Please feel free to contact us with any questions as you apply – we are here to help!

Reserve at Stone Port is proud to offer pet-friendly apartments in Harrisonburg! If you have any questions about our pet policy, feel free to contact or visit us in person and see if the Reserve at Stone Port would be a good match for your furry family members!
Up to 2 pets per apartment are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds.
Non-refundable Pet Fee: 1st Pet – $300, 2nd Pet – $350
Monthly Pet Rent: Cats – $30, Dogs – $40
The following restricted breeds can be allowed on a case-by-case basis with management’s consent.
Breed Restrictions:
- Pit Bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers),
- Rottweilers,
- Huskies,
- American Bull Dogs,
- Alaskan Malamutes,
- Doberman Pinschers,
- Chow Chows,
- Great Danes,
- Mastiffs,
- St. Bernards,
- Akitas,
- And / Or Any Like Breeds or a Mixed Breed of Any Listed Above.
